Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.

Order information. When you place an order, we collect the items you ordered, your chosen pickup or delivery time slot, your delivery address (for delivery orders), and any notes you add to the order.

Payment information. Payments are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that securely on its own PCI-compliant systems. We do keep a record of the payment amount, status, and Stripe's transaction reference for your order history and our bookkeeping.

Communications. If you contact us through our site or by email, we keep a record of that message so we can respond to you.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar). The only cookie we set is the one required to keep you securely logged in.

We use your information to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Take, prepare, and fulfill your weekly orders
• Process payment through Stripe
• Send you order confirmation, order-ready, and pickup-reminder emails
• Respond to questions or requests you send us
• Keep our Service secure and working properly

We don't sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run Fuel2Fit, and only as needed for them to provide that service to us:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — our database, account login, and photo storage provider
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (order confirmations, ready/reminder notices)
• Vercel — website hosting

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fuel2Fit or others.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as reasonably needed for recordkeeping, tax, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account as described in Section 6 below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Service, database-level access controls that restrict who can see your data, and a PCI-compliant payment processor for all card transactions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can review and update your account information anytime from your Account page. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, email us at hello@fuel2fitmealprep.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to retain certain order and payment records even after a deletion request, where required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" above. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
