Fuel2Fit Meal Prep is a small-batch, weekly-menu meal prep business based in South Carolina. We publish a new menu each week, take orders online, and prepare each order for pickup or delivery on a schedule we set for that week.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away at hello@fuel2fitmealprep.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Fuel2Fit is not a subscription — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. Each week we publish a new menu, and you choose what to order that week, if anything. Menu items, prices, availability, and photos may change week to week at our discretion. Nutrition information (calories, fat, carbs, protein) shown on the menu is provided as a good-faith estimate based on our recipes and standard ingredient data — it is not a guaranteed or lab-verified value, and actual nutrition may vary slightly with ingredient substitutions or portioning.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time you place your order. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total.

When you check out, you'll choose a pickup or delivery time slot for that week. Slots have limited capacity and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pickup cutoff. Each week has a pickup cutoff time (shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email). We'll send a reminder email before the cutoff if your order hasn't been picked up yet. Orders not picked up by the cutoff may be marked as missed. Because each order is freshly prepared for you that week, we are generally unable to offer a refund for orders that are not picked up in time — but reach out to us and we'll work with you in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery. For delivery orders, please make sure your delivery address and any access instructions are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@fuel2fitmealprep.com. Because meals are prepared in small batches close to pickup/delivery time, we may not be able to accommodate changes once preparation for the week has begun. Refunds, when granted, are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

Please read this section carefully if you have any food allergy or dietary restriction. Dietary tags shown on the menu (such as "vegan" or "gluten-free") are provided as a general guide based on the recipe as written. Our kitchen prepares a variety of dishes and handles common allergens (including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish), and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of trace amounts or cross-contact.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or medical dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering so we can help you make an informed choice. You are responsible for reviewing menu descriptions and asking questions before you order; Fuel2Fit is not liable for adverse reactions related to allergens or ingredients that were reasonably disclosed in the menu description.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to: interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; use the Service to place fraudulent orders or fraudulent payments; or misuse the ordering system to reserve pickup/delivery capacity you don't intend to use.

The Fuel2Fit Meal Prep name, logo, recipes, photos, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content without our prior written permission, other than to place an order or share a link to our site.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep menu, pricing, and availability information accurate, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel2Fit Meal Prep's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" above. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally by contacting us first will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina.
